I’m available for every stage of cookbook creation including developing and writing a proposal; recipe development; recipe testing; co-writing or ghostwriting; developmental editing; and project management. 

Whether I pitch an idea, you assign me a recipe to create, or we come up with a concept together, I’ll research and develop an original recipe in my home kitchen. I’ll test it multiple times until I’m confident that it works and you’ll love it. Includes notes and photos from every stage of the development process.

I’ll test any recipe that you develop in my home kitchen for accuracy and clarity, paying close attention to timing, visual cues, and overall taste. I’ll also provide minor edits to the recipe (such as listing the ingredients in the order that they appear, fixing typos, etc.), multiple photos from during and after testing, and suggestions on how to improve the recipe. 

Need a second set of eyes on your recipe or want me to reformat it based on a publisher’s style guide? With years of experience as a recipe editor, I can edit a recipe to ensure that it’s clear for readers and in-line with house style.
