So nice to meet you! I’m Kelly, an IACP-nominated food writer, recipe developer, and editorial partner specializing in supporting creator-led brands across cookbooks and digital platforms. Most recently, I was the recipe editor at TODAY where I managed digital recipe development and sponsored food franchises. I was previously a staff editor and writer at Food52 and Martha Stewart Living. My work has appeared across digital and print publications including Allrecipes, Bon Appétit, CT Insider, Epicurious, Food & Wine, Food Network, Good Housekeeping, King Arthur Baking, The Kitchn, Parade, Real Simple, and more.

I currently collaborate with a number of the industry’s leading food content creators including Alex Snodgrass (The Defined Dish), Suzy Karadsheh (The Mediterranean Dish), Zoe Barrie Soderstrom (Restaurant Dropout), Grace Elkus, and Bethany Kramer (A Simple Palate), providing them with cross-platform editorial support and recipes for their blogs, newsletters, and YouTube channels.

Oh, and I’m currently writing my first cookbook, TEE UP: A Golf Cocktail Book with Chronicle Books!

What’s more? I also served as an on-air food host during my tenure at Martha Stewart Living and was a recurring cook on NBC Connecticut’s lifestyle show CT Live and WFSB’s daytime talk show Better Connecticut. I gained hands-on culinary experience while working as line cook at À’vert Brasserie in West Hartford, Connecticut, where I ate dozens (possibly hundreds) of macarons and endless handfuls of pommes frites.

I studied American Studies and English at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut (go bantams!). I currently live in West Hartford, Connecticut with my sweet husband, Evan.
